Legislated Employment Equity Program (LEEP)

The Legislated Employment Equity Program (LEEP) is an essential framework for fostering workplace inclusivity and ensuring equal opportunities. It applies to federally regulated private sector employers, federal organizations with 100 or more employees, parts of the federal public administration, the Canadian Forces, and the RCMP.
